I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions and Complaints Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the rights and obligations between the organizer and the purchaser in connection with the purchase of tickets for all events organized by Magical Castle Festival Events (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), hereinafter referred to as the “Event”.
2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets made through online ticketing platforms, in particular Go&Dance (goandance.com), as well as through direct sales by the Organizer.
II. TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE
3. Tickets may be purchased:
• via the online platform Go&Dance (goandance.com),
• through direct sale by the Organizer.
4. Payment for tickets may be made by bank transfer or by immediate payment via payment card. The purchaser is obliged to comply with the payment conditions specified during the purchase process.
5. Current prices of individual ticket types are published on the social media channels of Magical Castle Festival Slovakia and on the goandance.com platform. Ticket prices may vary depending on the time of purchase and the type of ticket.
III. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
6. In accordance with Section 7(6)(k) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling, the purchaser is not entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason, as the subject of the contract is the provision of a service related to leisure activities that are to take place on a specific date or within a specific time period.
IV. COMPLAINTS POLICY
7. All complaints regarding tickets are governed by these Terms and Conditions and this Complaints Policy.
8. Paid admission fees are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person.
9. A ticket transfer may be carried out exclusively by the original ticket holder via a written request sent by email, which must include:
• the ticket number,
• the full name of the new ticket holder,
• the email address of the new ticket holder.
10. In the event of complete cancellation of the Event, the purchaser who has provided contact details (especially an email address) will be informed of this fact via electronic mail.
11. If the Event is completely cancelled by the Organizer, the purchaser will be refunded the paid admission fee, except for tickets purchased via the Go&Dance platform, where the refund will be reduced by handling or service fees charged by the platform operator.
12. In the event that the Event is cancelled due to force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 10% of the ticket price for organizational arrangements and services provided prior to the commencement of the Event.
13. The Organizer reserves the right, without stating a reason, to refund the admission fee to the purchaser in full (except for handling fees in the case of tickets purchased via the Go&Dance platform), thereby cancelling the validity of the ticket.
